Committee Delivery and Improvement Plan Performance Reports

In April 2023, to support the delivery of the Council Plan 2023/28,the Council adopted a new planning model, known as Committee Delivery and Improvement Plans (referred to as Committee Plans), with a Plan developed for:

• the Education and Communities Committee
• the Environment and Regeneration Committee 
• the Policy and Resources Committee

The focus of each Committee Plan is to set out the key strategic activity over the next three years, clearly aligned to the new Council Plan outcomes.  Progress reports on the delivery of the Action Plans, KPI performance and the management of key risk is available to download in the performance reports which are available in the Documents section of this page.
