Alcohol Premises Festive Season Policy

Inverclyde Licensing Board at their meeting on 31 October 2024 agreed the Festive Season Policy 2024-2025 in terms of Section 67 of the LIcensing (Scotland) Act 2005 to permit On Sales Premises (Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants etc) to extend the terminal core hour of the premises, with conditions.
