Inverclyde Licensing Board considers functions of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Gambling Act 2005.

The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 covers the sale of alcohol in licensed premises and unlicensed premises.

The Gambling Act 2005 covers all gambling matters including Betting Shops, Raffles, Gaming Machines and Amusement Arcades. The list is extensive and too large to mention here.
