1. Cookies

2. Copyright
Plans, drawings and other material submitted to Inverclyde Council as planning authority are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes, in connection with any appeal to Scottish Ministers or any application for review to the Local Review Body and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Any other proposed use of this material is subject to the prior permission of the copyright owner.
Ordnance Survey maps, and maps created from Ordnance Survey material are subject to Crown copyright. Information on Ordnance Survey map licensing can be found on their website http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/oswebsite
3. Data Protection
In order to comply with the Data Protection Legislation, we will remove personal email addresses, personal telephone numbers and signatures from any representations submitted to us. We will also do our utmost to ensure the removal of sensitive personal information (for example, relating to criminal history or health) where such information is provided as part of any representation. Inverclyde Council aims to ensure that anything that is abusive, indecent, unlawful or defamatory is not displayed. All letters of objection or support cannot be treated as confidential and may become available for public inspection or be published online or require to be made available or published online (1) under the Freedom of Information legislation; (2) if an appeal is submitted to the Directorate for Planning and Environmental Appeals; or (3) if an application for review is submitted to the Local Review Body. The views expressed in documents displayed on this website are not necessarily those of Inverclyde Council.
