Building Standards - How We Perform

Building Standards performance is published in the following formats:

  • The Building Standards Verification Annual Performance Report reviews performance and highlights our plans to improve the quality and efficiency of our service for the forthcoming 12 month period. The report is subject to a quarterly review and update.     

Details of our most recent performance can be found following the link on the right hand side of the screen. The most recent Annual Verification Performance Report relates to the period from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.                                               

  • The Scottish Government assesses the performance of Inverclyde Council’s Building Service annually.
