Notice for Inverclyde West (Ward 5) By-Election 2024 published
THE notice of By-Election for the Inverclyde West (Ward 5) has now been published, formally starting the process.
Voters will take to the polls on Thursday 7 November 2024 to elect a Ward Councillor for the Inverclyde West constituency.
It’s quick and easy to apply online to register to vote and apply for a postal or proxy vote.
Key dates:
- Tuesday 22 October 2024: Register to vote by 11:59pm
- Wednesday 23 October 2024: Apply for postal vote by 5pm
- Wednesday 30 October 2024: Apply for proxy vote by 5pm
Nominations for those who wish to stand for election at this by-election must be received no later than Monday 7 October 2024 by 4pm.
