The Council's Standing Orders provide information on the procedures relating to Council, Committee, Sub-Committee and Board meetings.
The Council's Scheme of Administration regulates the allocation of the functions of the Council among the Committees, Sub-Committees and Boards and where appropriate the delegation of authority to exercise the functions of the Council.
