Skin Piercing & Tattooing
To run any form of skin piercing or tattooing business including acupuncture, ear and body piercing and electrolysis (whether from premises or mobile), you will require a licence.
There are strict standards set for obtaining a licence and you should read all the documentation and Licence Conditions. These standards have reference to the premises, facilities and equipment.
Some persons may be exempt from obtaining a licence e.g. a regulated health care professional.
