How can this affect young carers?

Although young carers can feel proud of their caring role, some young carers may feel…

  • Stressed, tired or sad
  • Lonely
  • Worried

They may also feel that they miss time with their friends and miss out on things at school

If that sounds like you we can offer…

  • Time out & fun
  • Peer support
  • Info and support
  • Someone to talk to
  • Advice and one to one support
  • Support in school or college
  • Access to funding
  • Breaks from caring

…and a chance to:

  • Meet other young people
  • Try new activities
  • Learn new skills
  • Have a break
  • Have fun and much, much more
