Partnership is at the forefront of how we will achieve our vision for Inverclyde, collaborating closely with our communities, staff, statutory partners and the third sector. We recognise the importance of the voices of our people and their views are critical. Involving and empowering local people in our planning processes is fundamental in developing the services for the future, we must have a strong emphasis on co-production and hearing the voices of those with lived experience. The community have told us about the impact the past few years has had on them, but in recognising the assets and resilience in our communities we will be equal partners in delivering on the improvements and achieving improved local health and wellbeing outcomes.
