What is landlord accreditation?

We have entered into partnership with Landlord Accreditation Scotland, the recently established voluntary landlord accreditation scheme for private landlords and letting agents.

The aim of the partnership is to support private landlords by providing information and training opportunities locally. Being awarded accredited status is a means of identifying yourself as providing good quality accommodation managed to a high standard.

To become accredited, landlords and letting agents must adhere to the 'Scottish Core Standards for Accredited Landlords' which relates to property management and physical condition of properties.

Please use the 'contact us' box if you have any questions. For more information on landlord accreditation, see 'download' and 'other useful websites'.
