Short Term Let Policy Consultation
Inverclyde Council’s General Purposes Board at its meeting on 13 September 2023 authorised the Head of Legal, Democratic, Digital & Customer Service to commence a public consultation in relation to the Council’s Short-term Let ( STL) Policy Statement which was previously approved by the Board at its meeting on 28 September 2022. A copy of the STL Policy Statement can be found in the documents section of this page, to the right.
It should be highlighted that the Board also approved an amendment to the Policy at the same meeting, in relation to planning permission if required. The effect of the amendment is that the Council’s Licensing Section can accept and register for consideration STL applications pending an application for planning permission, if required.
The Board is keen to hear your views on the terms of the existing policy statement.
