The Health Improvement team support Inverclyde’s Dementia Strategy to ensure the health improvement needs of people with Dementia and their carers are supported. We want to support Inverclyde’s vision of being a Dementia Friendly Inverclyde by supporting the delivery of Dementia Informed Practice training.
