High rise and tenemental collection service
The recycling collection service from tenemental and flatted properties has resumed.
Recycling collections from high rise properties remain suspended until further notice.
A tenemental collection service is provided to a number of properties.
Householders have been notified of the service which is applicable to them:
Some residents have been provided with rolls of blue polythene bags for a fortnightly collection of paper, cardboard, cans, plastic bottles and containers. These bags should be placed on the kerbside or at residents' regular nearest collection point by 7am on the relevant day. Supplies of blue polythene bags will be delivered every 20 weeks.
Food waste, glass and general household waste should not be placed in blue bags or bins.
Residents are requested not store filled bags or boxes on the landing, stairs or doorsteps.
