Follow the links on this page for details of current Asset Transfer Requests being processed by Inverclyde Council. Click on the links to see all documentation submitted with that Request.

Anyone may make representations about a Request, which must be made either in wrtiting to the Head of Legal and Property Services or by email to the Community Asset Team (both shown in the contacts section of this page). Such representations must be made no later than the date shown in formal Notice of that Request.

Please note that all representations will be copied to the Community Transfer Body for their comments and will be made available on this Council website or for perusal at our offices. 

Where a decision has been made on a request, all documentation including the decision notice will be available to view under Decisions on Asset Transfer Requests.

Where a request for review of a decision is received all documentation submitted with the request for review will be available to view on this page. Any representations on the request for review will also be made available here and be sent to the Community Transfer Body.
