Weekly Lists
All valid planning applications are recorded on The Weekly List (the most recent planning applications) and Planning Registers. The Extant List provides information on all planning applications that have yet to be determined. These can all be downloaded in PDF format and can be read using Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Links are on this page.
Once downloaded, it is possible to search by surname of applicant, agent name, street or road number, street or road name, or application number (if known). A search engine within PDF files allows the viewer to go directly to their choice of information. Once you have opened your document, simply click the binoculars (Find) tool button on the tool bar at the top of the screen which will open up a search info box. Simply type in the search term and click FIND. The screen will then display the planning entry bearing your search term. If there is more than one entry with your search term, you can continue the search by using the smaller binocular button adjacent (Find Again). After pressing, the screen will now display the next entry bearing your search criteria.
