Revenue Monitoring Report - Proposed Amendments

There was submitted a report dated 19 May 2000 by the Director of Resource Services (1) requesting the Sub-Committee to consider amendments to the format of revenue monitoring reports from financial year 2000/01 and (2) detailing a number of options in this regard.

Decided:

(1)  that for a trial period of 2 Committee cycles, the format of revenue monitoring reports be as detailed in Proposal 2 (Appendix 3) and that any significant variances be highlighted in the covering report;

(2) that detailed revenue monitoring reports be circulated to Members in an electronic format from 2000/01; and

(3)  that the reporting of revenue monitoring be to the relevant Service Committee.
