In attendance:- The Depute Chief Executive, Mr A Puckrin (for the Executive Director Resource Services) and the Director of Central Services.

1124      DEFALCATION PROCEDURES                                                                                                         1124

 

SUBMITTED:  Report dated 7 October 1998 by the Executive Director Resource Services advising that at the meeting of the Sub-Committee on 28 May 1998 (Para 598) approval of the revised Defalcation Procedures was deferred to allow further changes to be incorporated and requesting that the Defalcation Procedures be adopted.

DECIDED:  That the Sub-Committee agree to adopt the Defalcation Procedures set out in the Appendix to the report.
