   598      DEFALCATION PROCEDURES                                                                                                          598

 

SUBMITTED:  Report dated 8 May 1998 by the Director of Finance together with copy of a document outlining proposed Defalcation Procedures and recommending that the Sub-Committee consider the procedures with a view to adoption by the Council.

DECIDED:  That consideration of the report be continued to allow submission of an amended document to the next meeting of the Sub-Committee.

 

   599      FORMAT OF REVENUE MONITORING REPORTS                                                                          599

 

SUBMITTED:  Report dated 15 May 1998 by the Director of Finance together with options for consideration by the Sub-Committee with a view to improving the existing format of the financial analysis tables which form part of the Revenue Monitoring Report.

DECIDED:  That the Sub-Committee approve Draft 4 as detailed in the report, as the preferred format for the Revenue Monitoring Report.
