Redevelopment of Victoria and East India Harbours, Greenock |

|
There was submitted a report dated 2 February 2005 by the Head of Planning Services (1) on the progress with regard to the preparation of a Masterplan for the development of Victoria and East India Harbours under a Joint Venture Agreement with Clydeport and (2) seeking approval of the principles of the Feasibility Study to enable an outline planning application to be submitted as the basis for the subsequent marketing and redevelopment of the site. |

Decided: that the Committee endorse the proposals contained within the Feasibility Study for the redevelopment of Victoria and East India Harbours, Greenock (November 2004) and support the future marketing of the site. |
