SUBMITTED: Report dated 6 February 1997 by the Assistant Chief Executive (Contract Services) advising the Committee that the Contract Services Division has responded to an invitation from Bow Farm Housing Association to provide comprehensive repairs and maintenance to 174 newbuild houses owned by the Association until March 1998.
