BATTERY PARK PAVILION - UPDATE |

SUBMITTED: Report dated 3 February 1997 by the Director of Property and Technical Services advising of the additional costs incurred in respect of Battery Park Pavilion.
DECIDED: That it be remitted to the Director of Property and Technical Services to submit a further report to the next meeting of the Committee advising of the increase from the original tender sum to the current project cost.

RESOLUTION: EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS |

On the motion of the Convener it was agreed unanimously that, in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the undernoted item of business on the grounds that consideration of the item involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 6, 8 and 9 of Part I of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.
