Completed Service Reviews

There was submitted a report dated 8 January 2004 by the Director of Legal & Support Services on the progress made against the Council’s Service Review Schedule.

Service Review - Planning Services

There was submitted a report dated 9 January 2004 by the Depute Chief Executive on the current position of the Best Value Review within Planning Services.

Decided:  that the contents of the report be noted and that the Community Engagement in the Planning Process Review be deleted from the programme.

Councillors Blair, Rebecchi and Mitchell entered the meeting at this point.

Service Review - ICT Services

There was submitted a report by the Director of Finance on the Service Development and Improvement Plan for ICT Services for 2003/04 - 2004/05.

Decided:  that the ICT Service Development and Improvement Plan 2003/04-2004/05 be approved and that monitoring reports on the Plan be submitted to the Committee annually.
