There was submitted a report dated 14 August 2003 by the Director of Legal and Support Services on the progress made against the Council's service review schedule.

There was submitted a report dated 14 August 2003 by the Director of Legal and Support Services advising of the Performance Plan for Legal and Support Services for 2003/2004 which included a report on performance for 2002/2003.

Decided:

(1) that the contents of the report be noted;  and

(2) that the Performance Plan for Legal and Support Services be approved.

There was submitted a report dated 16 June 2003 by the Head of Personnel Services advising of the Service Plan for Personnel Services for 2003/2004.

Decided: that the Personnel Service Plan for 2003/2004 be approved.

Service Review - Disciplinary Procedures

There was submitted a report dated 24 June 2003 by the Head of Personnel Services advising of the Service Review carried out on Disciplinary Procedures within Personnel Services. 

Decided:

(1) that the contents of the report be noted;  and

(2) that the proposals detailed in the action plan contained in appendix 9 of the report be approved.
