There was submitted a report dated 6 June 2003 by the Director of Legal & Support Services on the progress made against the Council’s Service Review Schedule.  It was noted that due to changes in legislation the Director of Legal & Support Services would advise Members at the next Committee of how Best Value should be taken forward in future.

There was submitted a report by the Depute Chief Executive advising of the Planning Services Service Plan for 2003-2006.  It was noted that the Council’s Mission Statement is to be reviewed and would be submitted to the Policy & Strategy Committee for consideration.
