Grievance Appeal - Former Employee in Social Work Services

414

The Sub-Committee resumed consideration of a grievance appeal on behalf of a former employee in Social Work Services which had been adjourned from the meeting held on 1 April 2004 to allow the appellant a further opportunity to be in attendance.

The Sub-Committee decided, with Councillor Snoddy intimating his dissent, that the Appeal be not upheld.  The Sub-Committee also instructed the Director of Social Work Services to review the Scheme of Delegation for Social Work Employees to reflect the current position, all as detailed in the Appendix.
