RESOLUTION:  EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS

On the motion of the Convener it was agreed unanimously that, in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the undernoted item of business on the grounds that consideration of the item involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.

GRIEVANCE APPEAL - EMPLOYEE IN DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WORK

The Sub-Committee considered a grievance appeal on behalf of an employee in the Department of Social Work and decided that the appeal be not upheld, all as detailed in the Appendix.
