915 RESOLUTION: EXCLUSION OF PUBLIC AND PRESS 915
On the motion of the Chairman, it was agreed unanimously that, in terms of Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 as amended, the public and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the undernoted item of business on the grounds that consideration of the item involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 6 of Part I of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.
916 SUSPENSION OF TAXI DRIVER’S LICENCE: ROBERT O’NEILL 916
There was submitted a report by the Executive Director Legal, Information & Support Services requesting the Panel to consider the suspension of the Taxi Driver’s Licence held by Robert O’Neill and the Panel agreed that the Taxi Driver’s Licence be suspended immediately for the remainder of its term, all as detailed in the Appendix.
