The following paragraphs are submitted for confirmation as a true record as the meeting was inquorate under the Council’s Standing Orders. |

|
The Convener being of the opinion that the paper outlining late applications together with an oral report by the Director of Community Services with regard to a particular application was relevant, competent and urgent moved their consideration to allow the Sub-Committee to determine at the earliest opportunity whether grant aid should be given. This was unanimously agreed in terms of the relevant Standing Order. |

|
There was submitted a paper listing third round applications together with supplementary paper on 6 late applications. The Director of Community Services asked the Sub-Committee to consider a further late application by Hawick Court Community Care for funding to assist the running costs associated with the community flat at Hawick Court. |

Decided: that grants be made to voluntary organisations as follows:- |
