The following paragraphs are submitted for confirmation as a true record as the meeting was inquorate under the Council’s Standing Orders.

 

 

 

 

 

The Convener being of the opinion that the paper outlining late applications together with an oral report by the Director of Community Services with regard to a particular application was relevant, competent and urgent moved their consideration to allow the Sub-Committee to determine at the earliest opportunity whether grant aid should be given.  This was unanimously agreed in terms of the relevant Standing Order.

There was submitted a paper listing third round applications together with supplementary paper on 6 late applications. The Director of Community Services asked the Sub-Committee to consider a further late application by Hawick Court Community Care for funding to assist the running costs associated with the community flat at Hawick Court.
