The following paragraphs are submitted for confirmation as a true record as the meeting was inquorate under the Council’s Standing Order. |

|
|
The Convener being of the opinion that the paper outlining late applications was relevant, competent and urgent moved its consideration to allow the Sub-Committee to determine at the earliest opportunity whether grant aid should be given. This was unanimously agreed in terms of the relevant Standing Order. |

(1) that, with regard to applications up to £5,000, grants be made to voluntary organisations as follows:- |
