The following paragraphs are submitted for information only, having
been dealt with under the powers delegated to the Sub-Committee. |

The Convener being of the opinion that the paper outlining the supplementary
applications should be considered at the earliest opportunity to permit the
organisations to order their finances moved that the applications be added to
the list to allow the Sub-Committee to determine whether grant aid should be
given. This was agreed in terms of the
relevant Standing Order.

There was submitted an information paper by the Director of Community Services on the request for grants made by various voluntary organisations. |

Decided: that grants be made to the voluntary organisations as follows: |
