The following paragraphs are submitted for information only, having been dealt with under the powers delegated to the Sub-Committee. 

 

 

The Convener being of the opinion that the paper outlining the supplementary applications should be considered at the earliest opportunity to permit the organisations to order their finances moved that the applications be added to the list to allow the Sub-Committee to determine whether grant aid should be given.  This was agreed in terms of the relevant Standing Order.

The Sub-Committee agreed to the request by Greenock Pacers Basketball Club to make use of the £500 grant for purposes associated with the Club following the cancellation of the tournament for which the grant was issued.

 

 

With regard to Inverclyde & District Pipe Band it was noted that £13,500 was issued to the Group from the 2005/06 Budget, this being the remaining portion of the three year instalment previously granted.
