The Convenor being of the opinion that Headway Inverclyde be added to the list requesting grant aid was relevant, competent and urgent, moved its consideration to allow the Sub-Committee to determine whether grant aid should be given.  This was agreed in terms of the relevant standing order.

There was submitted an information paper by the Director of Community and Protective Services on requests for grants made by various voluntary organisations.
