Vulnerable Groups
The Health Improvement team work with others in the HSCP to ensure that all staff have a greater awareness of the needs of groups with protected characteristics and services are improved.
These groups include, for example, people who are experiencing:
- homelessness
- have a Learning Disability
- who are Lesbian or Gay
- Bi-sexual or Transgender
- those who have a caring role
- offenders
