Community Assets and Engagement
We want to ensure that Health Improvement is delivered within communities and that communities participate in health improvement activities. We also want to target young people so they effectively engage with health improvement services. The following organisations work with us in engaging community groups:
- Community Learning and Development (CLD)
- Your Voice
- Council for Voluntary Services (CVS)
The Health Improvement Fund (HIF) is available to community groups and organisations in Inverclyde for amounts up to £1,000. The purpose of the fund is to support local groups and organisations to take forward ideas and activities to improve the health and wellbeing of our local communities. This fund is administered by CVS Inverclyde (see under External links on this page for details).
