Concessionary travel travel through the nationl entitlement card is available to permanent Scottish residents where one of the following applies:
- aged 60 years or older
- aged between 11 and 26 years - via Young Scot, see under External links on this page
Or as a result of disability (anyone aged 5 years and over to whom one of the following applies):
- you are blind or partially sighted
- you are in receipt of the middle or higher rate of care component or the higher rate of mobility component of Disability Living Allowance
- you are a Blue Badge holder
