Precautionary Gritting Route 9 - A761, B788, B7054, Larkfield Road & Cumberland Road Area

  1. Start Gritting Port Glasgow Rd – Ardgowan St – Bellhaven St –  Lower Mary St to Brown St – turn right.
  2. Stop Gritting Travel Brown Street – A8 – take 2nd exit – travel A8 to Newark Roundabout.- 3rd exit.
  3. Start Gritting Newark Roundabout to Blackstone Roundabout - Blackstone Roundabout - Blackstone Roundabout to Newark Roundabout.
  4. Stop Gritting Travel Newark Roundabout to Blackstone Roundabout - 2nd exit Clune Brae.
  5. Start Gritting Clune Brae to Boglestone Roundabout – go round roundabout back to exit to A761 Kilmacolm Road - Kilmacolm Road (A761)( Grit Port Glasgow School Campus when required) through Kilmacolm Cross to Craigends Road - turn right - Craigends Road to Craigbet Road - turn right - Craigbet Road to B786 - turn left -B786 to Torr Road.
  6. Stop Gritting Turn left - travel Torr Road to A761 Bridge of Weir - turn left - travel A761 to North Entrance of Scart Farm A761
  7. Start Gritting North Entrance of Scart Farm A761 to Craigends Road - turn left
  8. Stop Gritting Craigends Road to Craigbet Road - turn left.
  9. Start Gritting Craigbet Road to Torr Road
  10. Stop Gritting Turn left - travel Torr Road to A761 Bridge of Weir - turn left - travel A761 to Craigends Road - turn left - travel    Craigends Road to Craigbet Road - turn right - travel Craigbet Road to B786 - turn right.
  11. Start Gritting B786 to junction B788 - turn right - B788 to A761 - turn left.
  12. Stop Gritting Travel A761 to Lochwinnoch Rd - turn left.
  13. Start Gritting B786 Lochwinnoch Road to B788 Junction - turn right - B788 to Junction with Belville Street - turn left- Ingleston St to Baker St - turn left - Baker St to Drumfrochar Rd- Cornhaddock St to Murdieston St – Dunlop Street to Inverkip Rd
  14. Stop Gritting Inverkip Rd to Gleninver Rd - turn right.
  15. Start Gritting Gleninver Rd - Larkfield Rd - Hilltop Rd - to George Rd Junction - turn left - Larkfield Rd - Cumberland Rd to Inverkip Rd - turn left.
  16. When required turn right travel Inverkip Rd to Auchmead Rd – Inverclyde Academy – grit through road and exit Cumberland Rd turn right and grit Cumberland  Rd to Inverkip Rd
  17. Stop Gritting Travel Inverkip Rd - Dunlop St – Cornhaddock St-Drumfrochar Rd -Baker Street to Ingleston Street.
  18. Start Gritting Baker Street to A8 Rue End Street.
  19. Stop Gritting Return to East Hamilton St depot
